From the age of 7 Stuart has been selling, back then it was bike cleaning services to the neighborhood kids. Now he figures out and troubleshoots online sales funnel problems with websites and pay per click advertising.

In his career Stuart trained as an apprentice mechanical engineer with the MOD, and spent ten years fixing systems from plane fuelling, airframes road sweepers and food packaging machinery. Whilst having a day job he also nurtured a desire to be an actor and at the age of 25 he left engineering and launched his acting career, within 18 months he had his Equity card and had appeared in a TV Commercial, two major feature films and several smaller supporting roles on TV.

During this time he also became a sales agent for a UK ISP NetcomUK, which introduced him to the world of the web and his love of computers fanned the flames of all thing Internet. Quickly establishing himself as a top sales person he started to also sell website services as he saw the potential very early and income was derived from website sales, affiliate sales and eBay selling. It was a crash course in all things web and he soon realised that a website was nothing without traffic and developed a system to get websites ranked and found, a system that still operates well today with subtle updates as Google updates their algorithm.

This foray into web design led Stuart to set up a print and web design business and created student posters that were distributed through Athena, Woolworth's and other large national retailers, one poster "The Colour Chart" was so successful that the Victoria and Albert Museum put it in their permanent collection of posters. This launch into products then saw several follow up novetly products, The Girlfriend (and Boyfriend) Remote, Inflatable Slippers, Inflatable Dartboard, mugs, glasses and socks with his designs on and several other products saw him sell over 1 Million stock units of novelty and gifts worldwide within 12 months.

Then in a strange twist of events Stuart became one of the country's highest earning lookalike impersonators, first with Ali G and Borat appearing on TV shows such as Tricia and presenting a segment on Football Focus and then things went a little nuts when he won a competition on Richard and Judy's live daytime show and Littler Britain was born. A hectic 4 years of touring started with this act which was all self managed and promoted through his well optimised website.

No stranger to adversity the crash of 2009 saw the bookings dry up as most clients were corporate and his successful business started to slow so Stuart was forced to focus on the website side of things and polished and honed his skills, and despite his set-back built a website for his house sale, and ranked it higher than Right Move for "Property for Sale Guildford" securing a bidding war at the height of the credit crunch and selling the house for 98% of the pre-crunch price (with no sales agent fees!). This led to local estate agents noticing and asking for help, which led to other business owners asking for help and insights.

His systemised approach to online sales improvement formed the basis for his highly rated book "Visitors don't say 'your website sucks' they shop elsewhere", and he now consults with business owners and troubleshoots their online/offline sales funnel and shares with them the process of how they can incrementally improve their sales funnel and what subtle small changes need to happen to gain better understanding of the customer, and grow sales.
